I've tried the SpeedUp tool also. But when I run the tool before the first start of Adobe Reader as provided in your batch file, the installer of Adobe Reader just comes up again at the first start. And after that the SpeedUp is gone... Did you run in the same problem?
Moritz, I did not run into this problem. BTW, I only tried with German version of Adober Reader 7.
