I'm making progress.
(1) The "reskit" file doesn't automatically download the resource kit. This seems to be true because there is no place to download it from. A comment (or two) in the batch file explaining this and where it can be obtained from would be useful.
That was the only new issue. What should I do with these issues once I'm happy with how everything is working? Report them as bugs on SF?
