Yes. I've used the mysql option to create a MACADDR -> ComputerName -> Unattend-ComputerName.txt relationship.
In order to get more control than unattended has built in, I have that same database store details used to auto-build each computer specific Unattend-ComputerName.txt file. I believe you can do the same thing with a CSV file.
