Probably a good thing to do is to test by typing your parameters at the
boot prompt. That way you can know for sure what parameters to use before
burning a CD.ie: At the boot prompt, type
boot: unattended z_user=your_username z_pass=your_password
z_path=//your_sername/your_sharename
Get the boot prompt by holding the shift key down while the machine boots.

Yes. Append these options (as one line) to your tftpboot files under
pxelinux.cfg:
z_user=your_username z_pass=your_password z_path=//your_sername/your_sharename
i.e.:
label linux-auto
kernel bzImage
append initrd=initrd.auto z_user=your_username
z_pass=your_password z_path=//your_sername/your_sharename
(mind the line wrap)
