Hi,
We use Unattended to install our Windows XP Client PCs. Now we got some brand new HP Compaq 5150 with a SATA Drive and ATI SB 400 Chipset.
Problem: Booting with the PXE (Networkboot) isn`t working with this new PCs.
I got same strange messages in my dmesg:
PCI: Cannot allocate resouce region 3 of device 0000:00:00:0
PCI: Cannot allocate resouce region 3 of device 0000:02:00:0
But the install - process is going on till it load /etc/master and after the script mount the network drive i get this error and setup stops:
Looking for PCI devices...
Loading ide-generic
Waring: Could not open /ide/ide-core ... No such file or directory
Fatal: Could not open ... /ide-generic... No such file or directory
Loading ide-disk
Waring: Could not open /ide/ide-core ... No such file or directory

Load the EDD module

and locate the boot device
/find-boot-device failed line 307

we use version 4.6 - but i also tried the daily cvs snapshot from 02.08.05 and i got the same errors.
i found in the mailing-list a topic with the "find-boot-device" error - my ouput from "cat /sys/firmware/edd/int13_dev80/host_bus" is nothing because i don`t have the folder "edd".
