Hi, There are two things that need to be in place to do an unattended install with drivers that are not shipped with the OS.
First, make sure you have this folder under the OS that you want to install: I386\$OEM$\TEXTMODE. In there should be a file named txtsetup.oem. This should ship with your RAID drivers Second, you need to copy the driver files into the above directory. Note that there should only be a few, and I don't think that subdirectories are supported. At a minimum there should a .cat, .inf, and a .sys file. You should then be given a choice when unattended launches to use those driver files.
