It still doesn't work, either with Linux or Windows box.
After the reboot, the setup always asks for the ftdisk.sys file. I've 
configured a windows audit on the i386 directory and the setup doesn't copy 
it ! The driver.cab file is not copied too. I'm using win2000 server, with a 
crossed network cable between it and the IBM X346 Server to be sure there's 
no network troubles ...
