I have written scripts that parse the output from MBSA 2.0 XML
and either insert it into the winventory.sourceforge.net RDBMS
or simply give some text or HTML report.
It should be easy to write a standalone script that emits update code.
If you want to have a look at the scripts I'll be happy to
mail them to you.
Perl5 with XML::Parser is required to read the XML file.
