not sure if this will help you, but I deployed machines with the Marvell Yukon NIC successfully. I have used the Linux based boot CD. So, why not give the Linux-boot-CD a chance?

BTW, I think you will have to place drivers for the Marvell Yokon into ...\$oem$\$1... directory to make sure that the Windows-based part of the setup will run through.
