hi,
i have a littel problem with the linux system in combination with the PXE network boot. I have a Asus A8N5X Mainboard and from that i want to boot over PXE.

The DHCP workt correctly and i get an IP. When the linux system starts up i get an error that the networkcard is not avialable. So i need the driver for this board. but i dont now how to get the driver into the linux system ??

Boot your system with a Linux Live-CD (e.g. Knoppix), then a "lspci | grep ethernet" should list up your lan-cards.

hi, i know what card is in the PC thats not the problem. The delivered Linuxsystem for the project doesn´t have the driver for that card so i couldn´t boot with this Linux to the menue !!
So my question is who to get other driver into the delivered linux system.

Mfg
Christian
