Hi Anders,

hello

fdisk /pri:100,100 /spec:7

The following spec types are supported by unattended:

7 => 'ntfs',
130 => 'linux-swap',
131 => 'ext2'

But keep in mind that a type conversion takes place during the install.pl run.

This conversion is from fdisk syntax (DOS) to parted syntax (LINUX)... so do not try other fdisk supported partition types with the unattended package because they will propably fail to work.

Jan

where do I find the /SPEC types?
what doeas 7 mean?
when do I use 7 and when something else?
sometimes there is 7 and sometimes nothing?

sorry for troubling
but I can not find the types in any documentation.

Anders
