One good start is:
Do an unattended installation, grab the C:\NETINST\UNATTEND.TXT, put it
into site/unattend.txt (leave lib/unattend.txt alone), and replace to
asterisk'ed information like password with the real values.
But as mentioned in another reply you should better use site/unattend.txt
instead lib/unattend.txt.
