I think that this is not solution, because prerequisite for Realtec drivers is installation of this package. You need first install this package and later supply Realtec drivers (so you will end up not in phase when other drivers are installed but in postinstallation phase). You can do it in this way when you run driver installation with proper switches for ex. in [GuiRunOnce] section of unattend answer file (then you don't need worry about absence of this hotfix).
