Sorry about not being clear enough.
The file _IS_ in the client (c:\$win_nt$.~bt\ftdisk.sy_),
it was copied from the samba server. Because this I think
that the problem isn't the server.
Referent to file accessibility, AFAIK in the initial installation
the filesystem is VFAT so not errors derived from ACLs would be
produced.
