There certainly is - either in the menu that pops up (I'm pretty sure 
it's one of the options) at bootup, or if you've got it configured in 
unattend.txt, in the [_meta] section, I've got:
fdisk_cmds = "fdisk /clear 1;fdisk /pri:100,100;fdisk /delete 
/pri:1;fdisk /pri:100,100;fdisk /activate:1"

Changing the second 100,100 to 50,100 gives me a partition 50% of the 
disk size. I'll let you take it from there.
