I have used syslinux and it boots and works on PATA disks. However, theres some logic missing when used on SATA systems. (at least this was a problem some months ago, and after a quick look at the current CVS, I belive the problem still is there) As I remember the master/install.pl scripts is confused with the drives and partitions so parted will run against the wrong disk: namely youre USB thumb drive! Again from my fuzzy memory: This is beacause it sees the thumb drive first and belive this is the right drive to do work on. -- mvh Nils Olav Fossum IT-Kontoret Midtre Gauldal Kommune ------------------------------------------------------------------------- Using Tomcat but need to do more?
