I got 120 GB and use about 80% of it at the moment on my 
old server. On the new server I only got about 56 gb and is using 40%.

It really depends on how many and which packages you use. My oracla 
install  use about 12 gb.

Also when I upgrade UA I always start on a fresh share, so I dont mess 
up things, and then when the new version is running I remove the old, 
so that takes up quite a lot of space as well.

So I would suggest about 40-60gb or so, depending on your packages.
