We do have a WSUS server and under 100 clients.  I guess I'm just
looking for a way to have Unattended automatically pull them down either
before or after installing all of the software we install.

We've had fantastic results with a WSUS server setup in-house, along
with the liberal use of the auconfig.pl script provided by Unattended.
By the time Unattended's done its thing, all of the current patches are
waiting to be installed.
