For sound and modem: -Unpack the modem driver, copy the files to the $oem$\$1 folder. -Unpack the soundrivers Under \HDAQFE\win2k_xp\us\ are 2 servicepacks (qfe.exe and kb835221.exe), which you need to install before the driver will work. I do that pretty early but I guess it doesn't matter. You also have to copy the WDM dir to the $oem$\$1 folder. For chipstet: Download the original chipset driver vom intel.
