Hi,

I was wondering if you could help with a problem I'm having with
unattended. Here at work we tend to buy mainly Dells, but we wipe Vista
off them and install XP Pro SP2 instead. Out Unattended installation has
driver sets for the various Dell Models.

I've noticed that when installing certain programs, such as Dell's
QuickSet Utility, or their Notebook System Software (plus a few others),
we get an error saying that setup.exe failed, status 255 (0). No error
at Z:\bin\todo.pl, line 402.

I think this is an exit status code, but I don't know why it's giving
this (invalid?) status code. Adding ".ignore-err 255" to the unattended
script means no error is thrown up, but the utility still doesn't get
installed.

Does anyone have any ideas/solutions for this problem?

Many thanks,

Paul
