So the problem is related to the driver for the network card. Can you
please test the following steps:
1.) try the bootcd version 0.4.1:
http://sourceforge.net/project/showfiles.php?group_id=127437
2.) check the logs from the DHCP Server with the version 0.5.1 
- is a DHCP Discover reaching the server?
3.) check the logs during the DHCP Requests from the boot-cd (press ALT
+F4 and ALT+F5)
