Well, I tried to use a WinXP SP2 unter VMWare as fileserv and I get the same errormsg. So my Win2k SP4 can't be the problem. WinXP Setup stops (after a long process of) copying on "URLMON.DLL" with an error, it can't get the file. After some research with google, it's not a Debian problem - it's the kernelimage itself (also happened with SuSE and so on (seems that even with kernel 2.6.6 there was a problem like this). I'll try to make an image myself and take a look if it works.
