Well, I tried to use a WinXP SP2 unter VMWare as fileserv and I get the same
errormsg.
So my Win2k SP4 can't be the problem.

WinXP Setup stops (after a long process of) copying on "URLMON.DLL" with an
error,
it can't get the file.

After some research with google, it's not a Debian problem - it's the
kernelimage itself (also happened with SuSE and so on (seems that even with
kernel 2.6.6 there was a problem like this).
I'll try to make an image myself and take a look if it works.
