I never worked that out, but you can just change it by following the instructions at: http://www.redhatlinux.com/docs/manuals/linux/RHL-7.3-Manual/custom-guide/s1-rescuemode-booting-single.html that is, boot into single user mode which will give you a root shell to change it to whatever you like.
