Subject: Re: [Unattended] Question about partitioning with 4.7
To: Jens Geile <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>

http://usuarios.lycos.es/fenris2003/panicdsk/fdisk_HELP.TXT

example:

fdisk /clear; fdisk /pri:50,100 /spec:7;fdisk /pri:100,100 /spec:7;fdisk
/activate 1

this should

wipe the partition table
create a first partition that is half the size of the free space on the
drive
craete a second partition that is the full size of the remaining half of the
drive
make the first parition bootable

Hope this helps

Michael

customers are bugging me if it is somewho possible to create two partions of
the same size on one drive. For example on a 120GB drive there should be C:
with 60GB and D: with 60GB. Of course I could just use fixed values but
since not all machines have harddisks of the same size (replaced with a
different, bigger one because the old one was broken/a whole other type of
computer with smaller drives/..) I was wondering if it was somehow possible
to use percentages (50%|50% (or any other combination)) in "fdisk_cmds".
