Maybe the file got corrupted during download. What is the md5sum of the file?
You can check the md5sum of the file using Hash-tab on Windows
(http://beeblebrox.org/hashtab/).

When I downloaded the file, it's md5sum was 76d6af86016a4ac86b868ee3986ab7ef

There shouldn't be a password, and it is not for purchase. It is free
