I have nothing to do with the development of Unattended... But I can 
tell you it's done using a DOS emulator (dosemu).
Hopefully that's enough to point you in the right direction.

There is also another method that came from the unattended-gui project, 
but it's something I know nothing about, and may be more complex to 
customize.
