I get an Unable to determine boot device at /usr/bin/find-boot-device when I try to perform an unattended install on a VM with a SCSI disk.
IDE works fine. I saw a previous error like this requesting a run of: cat /sys/firmware/edd/int13_dev80/host_bus but there appears to be no "host_bus" in /sys/firmware/edd/int13_dev8[0-5]/* at all.
