Hi all, Just wanted to thank everyone for Unattended. It's saved me many hours of work! I've been using it for over a year and now that I understand it a little better I love it!
I have a couple computers that come with nvidia n-force onboard NICs that use the reverse engineered "forcedeth" driver. Now, when I use the testing 4.8 linuxboot ISO I get some weird CIFS errors and the machine I'm rebuilding doesn't seem to successfully do the first Windows file copy; it just restarts. I checked on it this morning and it had gone all night, it appears it is still going. My older 4.6 linuxboot disk works great in other computer. But I've never successfully rebuilt one of those to include drivers, I think it's because I don't have a very modern 2.6 kernel machine to build on. I'm willing to invest the time though if someone had some guidance on how to go about it. I apologize for not knowing as much about linux as I should! Anyone have any tips?
