I've already done that, and  manually downloaded it and placed it in field #4
of the URL line. I'm sure the windows-kb890830-v1.42.exe is good, because if
I log in and run it from a CMD prompt:

net use Z: \\ntinstall\\install
(enter login/passwd)
z:\updates\wmlsftrm\windows-kb890830-v1.42.exe /q

then it installs. It just doesn't seem to when I do it out of todo.pl
