Hi Mario, im currently happy with changing controller driver in the switch from linux to windows-setup but i could take a dive into putting the driver inside the initrd. I am aware of your project but haven't checked it out that much to be honest...
Windows deployment is working great so far for both XP and 2k3. The only problem is Vista/2k8.. Well infact its more getting WinPE2.0 to boot without taking a windows box to create the BCD and the files from the WAIG image. After that its relatively easy to start an unattended install.
