I do not use boot CD - I always use PXE/tftp boot images. Also, if any files does not seem from the installation environment, how it could be scanned, and all drivers are found, no missing. I have also attach the contents of c(z):\netinst from the drive of the box to be install. I hope it is help, and not abuse.
