Dear Developers, I've read in shortcut.pl that there are special folders which I can use in perl. The help section gives a link to microsoft library, but unfortunately the following link seems not working any more:

In detail I am looking for the AllUserStartmenu folder, but I also like to know which other special folders are available on all Windows platforms.
