fatal error ::1 present twice : but not present at all !

On fedora 29, unbound-1.8.3-2.fc29.x86_64

unbound-checkconf
[1550270441] unbound-checkconf[1581:0] fatal error: interface: ::1 
present twice, cannot bind same ports twice.

I'm not ipv6 enabled, so no ipv6 in unbound.conf :

grep interface /etc/unbound/unbound.conf | grep -v \#
        interface: 127.0.0.1
        interface: 10.10.11.251
        interface-automatic: no

Any help appreciated.
