I have not been successful in contacting the parties responsible for domains 
under .gov.  Maybe hitting up their registrar will work for you.

https://www.dotgov.gov

In my experience, it will be fixed within a week's time.  We see DNSSEC issues 
with different .gov domains two to three times a year.
