Can Unbound save cached DNS record to file on shutdown and then, read file of cached records on startup?

Can Unbound save cached DNS record to file on shutdown and then, read file
of cached records on startup?I know that unbound-control can load and dump
the cache.But can Unbound finish this two operations itself automatically？
