Hi Melissa,
I think you make a change when you know you are not or cannot grow where you
are. Having others that share your teaching convictions can be a truly
inspiring experience. Over the last few years I was lucky enough to share
teaching and thinking space with other like minded teachers and we all grew
exponentially as a result. Now I am moving to a new school and a new grade
because I came to realize that would be the best move for further growth. It is
both a decision and a leap of faith. If you are asking these questions it
probably means you need to take the leap:)

LEslie,
I just love this idea and would like to do it as well--let's share a little
into the year how our "thinking/idea books are working out!
