There is, but it’s available in developpement version. Though even there we do not provide batch removal, you have to remove face by face. So you might file a bug report about improving this part. As a workaround, if you run dev. version just remove the "fontfile" elements corresponding to the fonts you want to remove from the database file (~/.fontmatrix.data). If you run version 0.3, you should remove the font files from "~/.fonts-reserved/" directory.
