Posisi yang dibutuhkan : 1. ER/IR Superintendent (EIS) 2. Site Administrator (SA) Tanggungjawab : Mengkoordinir dan mengawasi pelaksanaan hubungan kepegawaian disemua proyek tambang (EIS). Membantu HR dept dalam mengelola SDM khususnya untuk proyek tambang (EIS). Menangani setiap permasalahan ketenagakerjaan yang timbul (EIS & SA). Memastikan Peraturan Perusahaan dilaksanakan dengan baik disemua proyek (EIS & SA). Persyaratan : Pria, Usia min. 35 tahun Pendidikan min. Sarjana Muda ( Sarjana Hukum/ Manajemen lebih disukai ) Memiliki pengalaman dibidang ketenagakerjaan min. 10 tahun untuk EIS dan 5 tahun untuk SA . Mampu menangani permasalahan ketenagakerjaan yang timbul. Memahami peraturan perundang-undangan di Indonesia secara umum, dan peraturan ketenagakerjaan secara khusus. Menguasai bahasa Inggris baik lisan maupun tulisan. Bersedia untuk ditempatkan di Balikpapan dan melakukan perjalanan ke proyek-proyek bilamana diperlukan (EIS). Penempatan diproyek untuk SA. Lebih disukai mereka yang berdomisili di Kalimantan Timur. - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -- - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - SENIOR CIVIL/MINING SUPERVISOR ( code SCMS ) SENIOR CIVIL/MINING FOREMEN ( code SCMF ) SENIOR CONSTRUCTION SITE ADMINISTRATION ( code SCSA ) SENIOR WELDING SUPERVISOR (code SWS) General Responsibilities : � Manage resources within your control to ensure that the project is completed on time, within budget and in accordance with Company and Client requirements (SCMS). � Coordinate resources employed on sections of the project under your direct control, to ensure that the work is carried out in accordance with Company and Client requirements and completed on time (SCMF & SWS). � Take full responsibility for the management of site administration and general affairs of the project (SCSA). � Assist with project planning, weekly progress, assessment and reporting (SCMS & SCMF). � Examine construction methods and equipment to improve their efficiency (SCMS & SCMF). � Examine welding methods and materials (SWS). � Assist with the implementation of Company Safety procedures and preparation of job safety analysis. General Requirements : � Minimum 5 years experience in related field particularly in construction industry. � Familiar with welding work inspections including methods and materials used. � Computer literate. Responsible for various of company licences registration and extension. 2. Manage Plant / material delivery and acceptance. 3. Support project operation on plant mobilization and demobilization. General Requirements : 1. Knowledge of best practices on material delivery and transportation mechanism. 2. Understand of custom regulation and procedures. 3. Min. 5 yrs experience in logistic related matters preferably in Oil and Gas industry. 4. Familiar with Pertamina procedures for licences. 5. Willing to travel on sites if required. 6. Excellent oral and written english communication skills. 7. MEKANIK LH - Kode MLH ( 1 orang ) Uraian tugas : Mengawasi dan memastikan pelaksanakan pemeliharaan dan perbaikan alat-alat berat sesuai dengan rencana pemeliharaan alat. 2. MEKANIK I - Kode M-1 ( 8 orang ) Uraian tugas : Melaksanakan pemeliharaan dan perbaikan alat-alat berat (seperti Excavator, Dump Truck, Crane, Dozer, dsb) meliputi : perawatan harian dan berkala, assembling-diassembling component, troubleshooting, Overhoul, & part ordering. 3. SERVICEMAN - Kode Svc ( 4 orang ) Uraian tugas : Melaksanakan servicing atas alat-alat berat & kendaraan proyek lainnya. 4. AUTOELECTRICIAN - Kode Auto ( 2 orang ) Uraian Tugas : Melaksanakan pemeliharaan dan perbaikan komponen system kelistrikan alat-alat berat. 5. ELECTRIC LINESMAN - Kode EL ( 10 orang ) Uraian Tugas : Melaksanakan pemeliharaan dan perbaikan jaringan kelistrikan tegangan tinggi. Persyaratan Umum: 1. Pria, pendidikan min. SLA/ STM. 2. Memiliki pengalaman kerja di bidang masing-masing min. 5 tahun : - pemeliharaan alat berat ( MLH, M-1,SVC) - perbaikan sistem kelistrikan dan AC kendaraan berat & ringan (AUTO). - perbaikan jaringa kelistrikan tegangan tinggi (EL). 3. Memahami struktur & function dari alat berat, meliputi : Engine, Power train, Final drive & Undercarriage (MLH, M-1). 4. Familiar dengan berbagai machine model , meliputi : Bulldozer, Wheel Loader, Excavator , Motor Grader, Dumptruck, Jumbo Drill (MLH & M-1). 5. Mampu melakukan assembling - disassembling component (MLH &M-1). 6. Mengerti bahasa inggris ( minimal pasif ). 8. Bersedia untuk ditempatkan di Timika-Papua (Grasberg/daerah dingin). 9. Memiliki motivasi dan sikap kerja yang baik serta bisa bekerja dalam tim. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- � SAFETY SUPERINTENDENT ( Code SS) � SAFETY OFFICERS ( Code SO ) General Responsibilities : 1. Advise and assist Project Management on the implementation of Safety Management System. 2. Assist in the development and implementation of Emergency Response systems. 3. Advise and assist supervisors in their performance of their safety role on site. 4. Maintain statistical records within the company CESAR system. 5. Assist in major incident investigations. 6. Review incident/injury investigation reports. 7. Make recommendations to Management on safety initiatives to improve company safety performance. 8. Liaise with government representatives on H&S issues. Requirements : 1. Minimum Diplomma III graduate for SS and minimum Senior High School graduate for SO. 2. Have job experience minimum 5 years as Safety Officer in Mining or Oil & Gas Industry. 3. Familiar with Indonesian Occupation Healt and Safety regulations and have understanding of British and Australian standards regulation to H&S. 4. Have the ability to develop and conduct training H&S matters. 5. Have the ability to conduct site safety inspections and audits. 6. Able to communicate in English ( spoken and written ). 7. Has a good leadership, good communication and interspersonal skills. 8. Computer Literate ( Ms. Office) 9. Self Motivated and able to work unsupervised.
