The Duden also allows to uppercase "�" as "SZ" in ambiguous cases
(e.g. "MASSE" (Masse) vs. "MASZE" (Ma�e)). Moreover, in the German
Federal Armed Forces it is common to always uppercase "�" as "SZ".
