Most emphatically, Lance, this is NOT the forum for that, so please
do not engage in that activity here.
Please read both the coarse and fine print at:
http://www.unicode.org/unicode/consortium/distlist.html
a relevant paragraph of which I shall append below for your edification.
The Unicode mail list is not a forum for recruiting or job posting
or discussing job availabilities. Should you engage in any further
recruiting pitches or send pointers to job opportunities or similar
activities on this list, you are likely incur the wrath of Sarasvati.
Chastisingly yours,

5. MAIL LIST RULES AND ETIQUETTE
The Unicode list is mostly an uncensored forum, with one exception:
job postings and recruitment campaigns have always been strictly
forbidden. Sarasvati is ever watchful for breeches of this rule,
and is merciless in her wrath. Correspondents should remain tolerably
polite and consider carefully before launching into rabid ad hominem
attacks. Outright advertising, lengthy off-topic ramblings, and blatant
spamming of the list are all frowned upon by the community at large.
However for the most-part, other than profanity, "anything goes."
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, at any time, on any whim.
