For the last three, you can do something like
  BENGALI LETTER WHATEVER
  BENGALI VIRAMA
  BENGALI LETTER BA
for the -va form, and

  BENGALI LETTER WHATEVER
  BENGALI VIRAMA
  ZERO WIDTH JOINER
  BENGALI LETTER BA
for the -ba form.
