Listmembers, If I receive a Word document created with a font I don't have, and my Unicode fonts (even Lucida Sans Unicode or Arial Unicode) don't have that character, is there any way to find out what Unicode value underlies the little rectangle that is displayed? Then I could look up the value and find out what the character is supposed to be. I know how to get Word to convert a hex number into a real Unicode character--but can one do the reverse? Thanks -- David
