In case you are looking for tools running in MS-Windows system: Uniedit
used to have a set of stand-alone conversion tools, in addition to the
built-in ones. You can invoke the former via command lines from the DOS
window, or via a .bat file.
Try <http://www.lang.duke.edu/uniintro.htm> -- later, as the server does
currently not respond.
