Hello, I am looking for an English (or German or possibly French) translation of the Chinese standard GB 18030 for the new mandated codepage. Is there anything available? For the purpose of implementing it, I would like to see the closest to first-hand information. Actually, where can I find the Chinese original itself? Is it on the web?
