Converting Big5 to Unicode

Hello ,           I  have written a converter from Big5 to Unicode . The table I referred to is present in   http://www.unicode.org/Public/MAPPINGS/EASTASIA/OTHER/BIG5.TXT            The date at which this conversion table was written is given as  11 February 1994 .           When i compare the output of my conversion ( Big5 to Unicode ) with the conversion used by IE 5.0 the result  appears to be different .           My doubt is :  Is the Big5 to Unicode mapping table updated after 1994 . If yes         where can i find the latest mapping between Big5 to Unicode  ?           Regards ,   Viswanathan .S
