I believe a small confusion may have slipped in the Musical Symbol title for the group U+1D1C7-U+1D1CE. The title states "tempi". This is the Italian plural of tempo while here we are speaking of "tempus" as applied to the prolations (see the third word in every character). One should then speak of tempora (nom. plur. of tempus, 3rd decl.), if my Latin fails me not. O tempora, O mores ! P. Andries
