One simple, free option is WorldText, on the 9.1 cd - you have to look for
it. In addition, if I remember correctly, you have to explicitly install
Unicode hex input, also on the 9.1 cd.

In order to input Unicode with the Unicode Hex Input method you hold down
the option key while typing the Unicode code points in hex.
