As a corollary, the act of publishing material on this list is tantamount 
to unrestricted publication. If you mail out something that should be 
confidential, not only are you in trouble with Sarasvati, but noone on this 
list has any implied obligation to treat any material submitted as 
confidential, no matter how marked.
