I'm looking for a software that can do this :      INPUT:                                       - Text only with Line Breaks;                                    - Characterset: Universal Alphabet (UTF-8);                                    - Line Break Length : 80 ( !!?   If needed,I can Increase/Decrease this lenght  ?!! )                                OUTPUT:                                        Text in Unicodes :                                   ( for example : [ unicode ] =unicode )                                                                          Please help me in a hurry !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Thanks a LOT !!!!!
