As the name of the characters U+FD3E and U+FD3F suggests (ORNATE LEFT/RIGHT PARENTHESIS), and one can conclude from not seing them listed as 'Quotation_Mark' in 'PropList.txt', these should be some kind of parentheses. But due to my experience, these are used as quotation marks in Arabic texts, and not parentheses. Anyone who can provide more details? roozbeh
